Phantom’s dam, Lassi, had the highest set udder in my barn, it is JUST under her vulva. Her udder could be wider but it was decently wide and her teat placement is very nice as well. Her rear lateral attachments go over halfway down her udder- it is VERY tightly attached overall. Her teats are long and a good size for hand milking with strong streams- they did get wider than I care for. She produced ALOT of milk and easily earned her 1-day and then her 305 day milk stars. I am hoping that the cross with Blue will improve the width of udder and narrow the teat shape for Phantom while keeping the udder height & attachments as Blue’s dam excels in those areas and has the width too.

Lassi’s dam Clementine was on the 2020 305 day milk test top 10 list was #8 in BF wt & #7 in BF %. She was again on the 2021 305 day milk test top 10 list; was #9 in MILK wt, #5 BF wt, & #2 in BF %.

Lassi’s sire Hawkeye's dam was in MDGA's 2018 top 5 for "Lbs. of Fat"(she was #5). His daughter, Tilly, was on the 2020 305 day milk test top 10 list and was #2 in BF %, as well as the 2021 305 day milk test top 10 list was #4 in BF wt & #1 in BF %.

Phantom’s sire is a F1 buck from some of the best and most sought after (standard) Nubian lines in the country via his dam’s side and on his sire’s side has some of the most consistent Mini Nubian lines as well.
